A forklift air booster pump is the core boosting device in a forklift's pneumatic system. Using compressed air to drive a piston, it converts low-pressure input air into high-pressure output air. This pump is primarily used to improve air pressure stability in key areas such as the brake system and clutch operation. Designed specifically for forklifts, this air booster utilizes compressed air to drive a large piston (low-pressure side), which pushes a small piston (high-pressure side) to generate high-pressure air. This pure pneumatic drive is spark-free and suitable for flammable environments. It is energy-efficient, requiring only 0.3 MPa of drive air pressure for startup, consuming less energy than an electric booster. Its adaptive pressure maintenance automatically compensates for pressure leaks, reducing frequent starts and stops.
