We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused heavy equipment (excavators, dump trucks, loaders, etc.) with original packaging and tags. Special conditions apply due to the nature of engineering machinery:
Customs-cleared items: Non-returnable if import duties have been paid；
Assembled/commissioned equipment: 15% restocking fee applies；
OEM parts: Must match original factory specifications.
The following cannot be returned:
Equipment with fuel/diesel residue (mixer trucks, bulldozers);
Modified attachments (grapples, breaker hammers);
Used wear parts (cutting edges, tracks);
Software-activated components (GPS systems).
Pre-authorization: Email sales@cqwendy.com with:
Equipment serial number;
6-angle photos showing condition;
Original bill of lading;
Approval: Our technical team will verify within 5 business days;
Shipping: Customer covers return freight (recommended carriers: Maersk for sea transport, DHL for spare parts).
Full refunds: Processed within 14 days after warehouse inspection;
Partial refunds: For minor damages (scratches <5cm), deducted at 3-7% of FOB value;
Store credit: Available for future purchases with 5% bonus.
Manufacturer defects within warranty period require:
On-site inspection report from authorized dealer;
Video evidence of malfunction;
Original maintenance records;
Note: Special policies apply for government/military contracts (INCOTERMS 2025 rules).
