Forklift Accessory Electronic Control Box

The forklift electronic control box (also known as the electrical control box) is the core component of the forklift's power and control system. It coordinates motor operation, steering control, hydraulic lift, and safety protection functions, directly impacting the forklift's maneuverability and operating efficiency. The controller regulates current output, controlling the speed and torque of the travel and hydraulic motors, enabling the forklift to start and stop, accelerate and decelerate, and adapt to loads. An integrated microprocessor monitors battery voltage, temperature, and motor load in real time, dynamically adjusting power output to protect the hardware (e.g., overload shutdown and overheating frequency reduction). It receives signals from the steering sensor to drive the steering motor and synchronously controls the hydraulic pump and motor to precisely adjust mast lift and tilt angles.
