The bulldozer unloading valve is a core pressure control device in the hydraulic system, specifically designed for the high-load operation of bulldozers. Its core function is to instantly release the pressure load on the hydraulic pump when the blade is raised or stopped, achieving energy saving, reducing consumption, and protecting critical components.

Extreme Energy Saving

When the blade is raised to the set position, the valve automatically opens → the pump outlet oil flows directly to the oil tank → the pump enters an unloaded state (power consumption reduced by 70%-90%).

Comparison: Traditional systems experience continuous high-pressure overflow, resulting in high energy consumption and soaring oil temperatures (up to 90℃+). The unloading valve stabilizes the oil temperature at ≤65℃.

System Protection
