The excavator air conditioning compressor is the core component of the refrigeration system, functioning like the "heart." Driven by the engine belt, it compresses low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, driving the refrigeration cycle to regulate the cabin temperature. As the energy conversion hub, it draws the low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator, mechanically compresses it to increase its pressure and temperature, and then transfers it to the condenser for heat dissipation, completing the heat exchange. It is driven directly by the excavator engine via a belt drive, eliminating the need for an external electrical system.
