China's 37kw~58kw front-end wheel hydraulic small loader is positioned as a small engineering machinery, suitable for narrow space operation scenes such as farms, municipal construction, and gravel yards, with flexibility and economy as its characteristics.

Power system

Equipped with a high-performance Yunnei engine with power ranging from 37KW to 58KW, bucket capacity ranging from 0.3m3-0.7m3, supporting P/S/E fuel-saving mode switching, taking into account power output and fuel economy; strong power, good low-temperature starting performance, and no failure in two years of use.

The gearbox is a patented product independently developed by the manufacturer. The reasonable speed ratio configuration of each gear improves the operating performance and reliability of the whole machine, and is more suitable for various site operations. It has strong shoveling power, high efficiency, and low power consumption. Compared with similar products, it can save up to 25% of fuel, so the operating cost is low.

The new speed ratio main reducer makes the transmission system of the whole machine run more smoothly, overcomes the phenomenon of early damage of parts, and reduces the heat generated by high-speed operation, making the service life of the transmission system longer and the maintenance cost lower.
The diesel engine intake system adopts multi-stage filtration, and the fuel system adds an oil-water classifier, which reliably guarantees the normal operation of the diesel engine.

Operation and comfort

The hydraulic control system and humanized cockpit design are adopted, the operating lever layout is reasonable, and the field of vision is wide; the cab seal and vibration reduction are optimized to reduce fatigue after long-term operation.

Structural design and maintenance

Reinforced front and rear frames: key parts are strengthened to extend service life;

Modular component design: maintenance parts (air filter, fuel filter, etc.) are centralized and external, and the hood can be opened 90° for convenient maintenance.
