A heavy-duty mechanical vibratory roller weighing 18 tons, the SR18M-2 uses its weight and dual-frequency dual-amplitude hydraulic vibration to get your tougher jobs done. With weight and power plus a fully enclosed cab, optional AC, ergonomic control system, suspension seat and hydraulic articulated steering, the SR18M-2 offers big comfort on big jobs. The 18.5-ton SR18MP-2 adds 154-knob 95mm "sheep's foot" rollers to the SR18M-2 for the toughest road jobs.

Driving/Riding Environment

The mechanical drive system with three-speed adjustment and flexible steering adapts to diverse working conditions. The installed plate-type integral transmission features compact structure, small overall dimensions, smooth shifting, low impact, noise, heat, long life, and is equipped with synchronizers to achieve shifting during driving, ensuring convenient operation and high efficiency. The excellent overall air tightness of the cab and the three-stage shock absorption of the whole machine achieve low vibration and noise and the seat position and backrest angle are adjustable in a wide range to ensure high operating comfort. The ergonomic cab has a large space and excellent vision. The safety channel system and the reasonably arranged safety handrails and anti-skid pedals for the whole vehicle ensure the safety of the driver.

Work Performance

Apply a closed-loop hydraulic vibration system. With dual-frequency and dual-amplitude, its scientific and reasonable static linear load and exciting force configuration ensures the effective compaction of materials for pavements of diverse types and diverse thicknesses. The vibration pump adopts an imported heavy-duty variable displacement plunger pump, and the vibration system is electronically controlled to achieve simple operation and ensure the reliability and flexibility of the vibration system. The vibration roller adopts a new structure with proprietary technology to thoroughly solve the problem of oil leakage/penetration of the vibration roller and achieve high eccentric mass, high excitation force and high static linear pressure of the vibration drum. An optional padfoot vibration roller can be installed to expand the application range of the product and bring added value to users in return "one machine for two applications".
