The loader's heating system (engine waste heat) utilizes waste heat from the engine coolant circulation to heat air through the heater tank (heat exchanger). The fan then delivers the heated air to the cab. This process recycles engine heat and barely increases fuel consumption. The heater tank is located inside the cab and shares the air duct with the air conditioning system. The heater valve is installed near the engine compartment to control the flow of coolant into the heater tank (turn counterclockwise to open). A dual-pipe circulation system provides heat exchange between the engine's inlet and outlet pipes (the valve must be opened in winter). Replace the engine antifreeze and check the pipe seals every year before winter.
